home buyers and sellers in the United States. The following explains the guidelines that
control how the Company will use the information provided by you.
Collection and Distribution of Personal Information
When you complete a form on the Company Site (www.icastle.com), you agree to have your
personal contact information collected and forwarded to real estate professionals who will
attempt to contact you regarding your interest in real estate.
The Company may contact you directly to provide you information about what to expect
next in the process, follow-up with a satisfaction survey, to solicit you for
additional services, or to provide information about changes to the Company service.
The Company reserves the right to share your personal information with trusted
third-party business partners that the Company feels may have offers that you would benefit
from receiving. If the Company chooses to send your personal information to a business partner,
you will be subject to the privacy policies of that business partner.
The Company will provide your personal information to any law enforcement agency that requires
by law the release of the information.

By submitting your personal contact on the Company Site, you hereby grant written permission to

by registering with the Company Site, you are consenting to receive phone calls from the Company
and its business partners and thereby registrants waive their right to file a claim with the
FTC or any other agency in reference to these calls or contacts.

At any time, you may opt out of receiving email communications from the Company or a third-party
business partner by clicking on the unsubscribe button on the email communications sent to you.
Please note that unsubscribing from the Company email list does not automatically unsubscribe
you from a business partner email list.

to changing business needs. Please check regularly for updates which may affect your use of the
Company Site. Your continued use of the Company Site and lack of opt-out from communications
constitutes agreement to the amended terms.
Assignment of Information
In its sole discretion, the Company may transfer, sell or assign your personal information
collected on and through this Company Site to one or more third parties, as a result of the
sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization
or liquidation of the Company.
